3. Welcome the transition when it comes.

To remain on this planet, in a physical body takes energy and effort. The soul, when released from the physical body can move out effortlessly into the Universe. No longer is it trapped in a physical body it is free to move at the speed of thought anywhere that you choose. When your incarnation is complete you are ready to move on to your next stage, whatever that may be. People who follow the spiritual path welcome the transition as an opportunity to move on and experience on another level.
