34. Nothing in the Universe is free except your free will. Everything must be paid for in some way and at some time.

When you inhale the air you need to live it takes energy which comes from the food that you eat. Therefore even the air you breathe is not totally free. In spiritual terms when someone gives you something it comes with a cost of one form or another. If you pay the going price at the time then all is well. If, for some reason, you do not pay the price at the time then the debt continues to exist and you become beholden to the giver until the debt has been repayed. When I give spiritual help I usually ask for payment from the Universe and ask that the person who has received the gift pays the Universe in the form of helping someone else when they get the chance or when their help is required. This gift could be in the form of healing, therapy, counselling, teaching, or even this book (which is free to all who can access it via the WWW)
