19. Energy can be positive (constructive) or negative (destructive).

The energy of the Universe can be in many forms. Energy originates as Love but it can be transformed to other forms of energy. Negative thoughts can turn positive energy to negative energy and the opposite is also the case. Negative entities are attracted to negative energy and positive energy attracts positive entities.

Positive energy is sometimes termed constructive as it can be used to create things and heal problems. Negative energy is sometimes termed destructive in that it can cause illness and can prevent things from being created.
